Thank you for any help to get me past the dreaded Update Driver Warning. The internal bluetooth driver is just garbage especially for a headset microphone. The lady on the help call mentioned it could be there are restrictions on what I can update or something, but I am the administrator, so what I am I doing wrong? The only way that I can get Bluetooth to work properly on a MacBook Pro running Windows 10 via bootcamp is using a external dongle and usb bluetooth adapter. Is there a different manufacturer's driver listed there that I could choose instead of Broadcom? I tried the other two under Broadcom, and the same warning pops up. I have Windows 10, so what's the problem? Basically, it's a doomsday warning that put an end to the help the woman on the other end of the phone was willing to provide. Called Contact Us for this product Insignia - Bluetooth 4.0 USB Adapter - Black (), managed to find "Update Driver" for the device, clicked on Broadband>BCM20702A0 Bluetooth 2.4 GHz Single Chip Tranceiver, and an Update Driver Warning results telling me the driver is not recommended nor is it verified as being compatible. It's a little weird because I'll scan my pc with driver easy and update the Bluetooth driver but every time I restart I need to update the driver for the Bluetooth adapter again. I have no idea what to do, I tried updating the drivers by buying Driver Easy and that didn't work. The INSIGNIA USB Bluetooth Adapter I purchased from Best Buy did not come with a driver. Tried the Bluetooth adapter on my PC and it's not working.
